One of those items will be an old black book, so stuffed with contact information that its covers bulge out into half-circles. He keeps the book closed with a fat rubber band. annistonstar.com &bull Feb 16, 2011Two local state lawmakers purchased hard-to-find tickets to last month's Bowl Championship Series National Championship game at face value, a transaction one activist is calling a perk unfairly gained by public servants.Local legislators Rep. Richard Lindsey, D-Centre, and Sen. Gerald Dial, R-Lineville, were two who took advantage of the opportunity. Lindsey couldn't be reached for comment Tuesday.
